Services:

I provide two primary services related to Mandarin language education:

• Mandarin Instruction and Tutoring for Children Attending Mandarin Immersion School:
  This service is designed for children enrolled in Mandarin Immersion schools who require additional support to master their schoolwork. It includes both Mandarin language instruction and tutoring tailored to the school curriculum.
  
  

• Mandarin Instruction for Children Not Enrolled in Mandarin Immersion School:
  For children who are not currently attending a Mandarin school, I offer a customized curriculum designed to develop their Mandarin language skills. Typically, students work with me for 1.5 hours per week, with an optional additional 1.5 hours per week dedicated to homework and practice.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM-6:00 PM

• Saturday: 3:00-6:00 PM

• Sunday: 8:10-9:40 AM, 2:30-6:00 PM

Trial Classes:

• Trial classes are generally offered shortly after you completed the Application Form, subject to availability. Although the instructional fee for trial sessions is waived, families are required to pay a non-refundable classroom reservation fee of $20 per hour to confirm their trial spot.

Payment Terms and Policies:

Tuition fees are to be paid monthly in advance, no later than the 15th of the current month, covering the upcoming month’s charges. The classroom reservation fee will be collected upon finalization of the schedule and is non-refundable.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:

For 1:1 Private Sessions:

• If you provide at least 7 days’ notice before the scheduled lesson, the full instructional fee can be credited toward next month’s tuition.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 7 day’s notice, 50% of the instructional fee will be charged (non-refundable).

• Same-day cancellations or reschedules will incur a 100% charge of the total instructional fee (non-refundable).

For Small Group Sessions:

• The class may be canceled without penalty only if all students in the group agree to cancel, with up to 7 days’ notice.

• If an individual student misses a class, the instructor may offer a make-up private session at a 10% discount.

• If an individual student wish to withdraw from a reserved small group class, a written notice has to be sent one month prior the withdraw date.
