🦋 General camp information

Our camps combines structured and unstructured opportunities to learn outdoor world in Mandarin. Children will engage in story-based circle time, free play, and social interaction, all while exploring local nature. Each day includes hiking, creative play, conversations, drawing, and writing, as we immerse ourselves in diverse environments like creeks, ponds, meadows, forests, and beaches—nurturing language development, peer connections, and a love for the outdoors.

Location: Drop-off and pick-up will take place at local preserves within a 15-25 minute radius of Downtown Menlo Park.

solo Butterfly Camp

For children ages 4–9 only.

These camps are designed exclusively for kids ages 4 to 9 and will be led by Teacher Nancy and Counselor Cindy. Parents will not participate. Most activities will be conducted in Mandarin, with Counselor Cindy offering support in both Mandarin and English to ensure clear communication.

Parents Escorted Camp

For children ages 2–5 with a parent.

Parents will actively participate alongside their children throughout the camp, led by Teacher Nancy. Most activities will be conducted in Mandarin, with English used as needed for clarity.
